It's a shame that a lot of countries already have an access to movies on iTunes, but users in Kazakhstan don't Personally I would prefer watching movies at home, on my very own couch, instead of going to a cinema theater.

If Apple does not offer content in a particular country, it's likely due to not having enough content providers who have licensed their content to Apple for sale in that country. You can make a request at https://apple.com/feedback/itunes.html.
