iTunes edit playlist bar

I just got a windows 10 laptop to replace my macbook which is really slow and not up to par. itunes has gone crazy and whenever I click a playlist there is no edit button anywhere. I can right click on the playlist and that big blue button and there is no edit button, just play, delete, other stuff.

Edit smart playlists is now called Edit Rules.

For non-smart playlists, you now can open two iTunes windows and drag and drop between them. Right-click on a playlist, then select Open In New Window.
