iOS 11 iCloud music library not syncing

Hello,

I updated to iOS 11 this morning. so far so good, until I added a just released record I had downloaded off band camp to iTunes. it synced it to my iCloud Music Library, but it is not showing up on my phone. It shows matched/uploaded. I have logged out of iCloud and back in on my device and this has not solved it. I have deleted songs off my phone that were put into my library via apple music and they removed out of iTunes on my desktop. I am guessing since those are from apple music that was an easy remove on the systems end, have not been able to try this yet with non apple music mp3s.

any thoughts?

i used an app to clean out memory and junk files (Memory&Space on app store) and restarted music and it showed up
