AFTER PRESSING THE POWER AND HOME BUTTON A ITUNES LOGO POPS UP WITH AN ARROW BELLOW AND A PICTURE OF A CHARGER

WHAT DO I DO

You connect it to your computer's iTunes : If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

(And there is no need to shout)
