File copy to USB

After the new macOS High Sierra update, I cannot copy any file to USB. I tried to reformat the USB into

1. MS-DOS FAT32,

2. Windows NTFS,

3. MS-DOS FAT format without any issues

But 'Paste' option is not visible when I tried to do so.

Any advise?

Can you just drag and drop?

Drag & drop is not working either, it is disabled.
