replace processor fans Mac Pro 5,1

I need to get that fan/processor assembly housing out so I can get out the logic board.

all the screws are out, but something "hidden" is holding the housing in place on the two ends.

(or there is a bigger problem here)

anyone have any ideas?

when reading that fit it page it said consult the service manual.

Apple publishes a service manual?

downloaded that and all is well.
