Cannot add wifi to my internet services

After using my WiFi Service for a year, it suddenly disappeared. After opening >Settings >Network  and noticing that the "WiFi" service is gone. I tried to add it back using the + Button in the bottom and using the "Apply" button if doesn't let me add it. What should I do?, I have also opened my System Report to find my WiFi card is working.
