7plus is now ringing out loud even when I have ...

I have series 2, watchOS4.0.  My 7Plus now rings when calls come into my Apple Watch.  Previously when phone was on lock screen it did not ring, it only pushed to my Apple Watch.  Which is what I want since wearing my Watch at work and not wanting my phone to ring.  I don’t want my phone to ring but forward the call.  I don’t won’t to have to use volume control or vibrate.

It is normal for alerts for incoming calls to be delivered to both devices.

 

To silence the ringer on your iPhone, it can be placed into Silent Mode using the Ring/Silent switch on the side:
