Apple after care take back to store

Has any one had this problem

My problem with apple care return to store is that I have to travel over 90 miles to store to have my iMac repaired under apple care and the iMac was not repaired on the visit to store which mean I have to travel again over 180 miles round trip to collect

I can not understand why I could not  send the iMac in for repair

The cost and time involved in going to store for me is we live so far from store and the cost I estimated with parking fees of £8.50 ,tunnel toll £3.40 diesel for the car £35.00 total £46.90  x 2 days going to store and collecting from store  £93.80 plus eating out

I will not be buying a iMac again with this policy of take to store

I am sorry to say this is apple fulfilling there aftercare on the cheap with no thought for the customer.

You could have opted for mail in service instead. You made your choice. That's not Apple's fault. What do you think is going to happen if you buy a Dell and have to have that serviced?

They refused mail in the iMac this is why I am complaining
