i cant find applications in my app store while other friends can find them

Your App store may be set to a different region than your friends, giving region-specific app availability. To change your region, go to Change your iTunes Store, iBooks Store, or App Store country or region - Apple Support. You could also Google an app that is specific to your friends region, then click on it within Google and when prompted, change the region.
