itunes downgrade error 26 on iphone 7

i just downloaded ios 11 on my iphone 7 and i want to get back to ios 10.3.3. I downloaded the iso file for ios 10 and tried to downgrade through itunes. but in the middle of the downgrade, i got "error 26, iphone can't be updated" i clicked "more info" and tried every suggestion on the site given and still didn't worked. After that I tried to downgrade on my other computer and the same thing happened. i don't have any anti virus on my mac, itunes is up to date and i'm on os x el capitan. Any help?
