where are my apps

If you updated to the latest version of iTunes you can't sync the app anymore, they removed the functionality.

So the only way to update apps is via the App Store?

Instead fixing an easy way to clean up documents & data they screw with the app sync & layout. Which was really handy, because you could see your apps on your device on one screen & remove  the ones you don't need anymore or just don't want. To me a very bad update, not helpful !!!
