I am receiving Web Page Blocked when trying to ...

Trying to access British Airways (BA.Com), I put ID and PW then get a message that WEB PAGE BLOCKED - Access to the web page you were trying to visit has been blocked as our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. If you feel this is in error then please contact Brightcloud and submit an IP Reputation Change Request using your IP address.

Does anyone know what this is about?  I have used the link provided and requested this Reputation Change from British Airways.  I called the number provided and they had me clear all history and cookies, but it still did not help.

Any ideas?
