Unable to Backup to Computer / iCloud

Does anyone has this issue? Currently I am using iPhone 6 with iOS 10.3.3. I m unable to backup to computer/iCloud of my phone.

Getting strange message like, "iTunes could not backup the iPhone "iPhone" beucase an error occured while reading from or writting to the iPhone"

Sometimes, while backup the device it is failing with below error ...

"itunes could not backup the iphone because there is not enough free space". We have plenty of space in my hard disk OR in my iClode.

Please suggest, if anyone has solution for the same issues.
