iMac late 2012 running very slow

I have an iMac late 2013 that worked fine.

After upgrading to Sierra. everything running slow or not running anymore.

I tried all solutions I found on the web:

resetting NVRAM, SMC etc...

Then I did a fresh install, but no changes.

I tried to disconnect all external device such external disks and usb..

All the apps start very slow

file copy takes long time

it's impossible work with imovie

video generated with imovie with any format are not played correctly (drops frame)

Can you help me?
