My iPad Mini 2 wont turn on at all I tried ever...

my ipad mini wont turn on i tried everything i dont feel like typing it in but can you help me and before it would not work it would not update to IOS 10

If your iPad Mini has not gotten any software updates for iOS 10, it is probably because, that iPad Mini is NOT a 2nd generation version, but a 1st gen iPad Mini.

A 1st gen iPad Mini cannot be upgraded/updated past iOS 9.3.5.

None of it's hardware is powerful enough to run iOS 10.
