How do I reorder app pages on iOS device with i...

I'm using my wife's old iPhone 6 as a media device. However, using the current iTunes (12.7) I can't move the pages (that the app icons are on) within iTunes. The Apple help page for this is showing a different set of options for iTunes with an iPhone plugged in.

Is this feature gone as Apple is, apparently, trying to break the iTunes Store into separate apps?

Currently you will need to do it on the device itself. You press an app until they all start jiggling and you can then move them. Press home button to stop.
