how do i download a free app when it keeps aski...

I have since changed the billing method to none but it's still doing the same thing. I don't understand why I can't download free games. This is the first time I have had this happen 

If any of the games bought previously never finishing billing or have subscription an active subscription you'll require a valid credit card. Also some Applications have in-app purchases and require an active card on file to download (even free ones). You can try to update your billing information to 'None', but this is not always available any more.

You have to put a new master card to replace the previous mastercard
