Clipboard not working in iPad Pro

What might be the trouble, when i cannot copy to clipboard and drop the selected and copied text from an App to another as text only has been copied?

Everything looks to be fine, when you tap "Copy" in the black dialog, but clipboard remain empty, when I change to the target App.

Hi. Please identify the app you are copying from, and the app you are copying to.

Are you using a 3rd-party software keyboard?
