Ipod touch keeps reseting ios11

I cannot use my ipod touch anymore as it does a hard reset every 3 minutes. When I am able to get into my touch, it is extremely laggy and I end up reseting the touch again. I am not sure if it is ios 11.01 or 11.02 because of this.
