Itunes unresponsive

So lately for the past couple weeks I haven't been able to use my Itunes normally. Lately it's been freezing on me all the time. It's only accessible when I write click and click "Run as Administrator", but I can't open it normally. If I do try to open it normally, I would have to do it as soon as I turn on my laptop, otherwise If I wait about 20-30 seconds or later to open it, ITunes won't open. When I do decide to open ITunes as soon as I turn on my laptop, it's only capable of running for about 20-30 seconds then it freezes all the time! Then I have to keep restarting my computer. I've tried everything from troubleshooting, updating ITunes software and Windows 10 software and uninstalling & reinstalling ITunes. Someone please help. I've been using ITunes for over 10 years and have NEVER experienced this problem or any problem.

Also, with my IPhone 7, when I try to connect my phone to my lap top, my phone won't sync with ITunes. I only get this message on my phone that says "Allow this device to access photos and videos?", the gives me the option to hit "allow" or "don't allow". But I have my old laptop with my ITunes but haven't updated the software/IOS and when I connect my phone to that computer, It syncs! I'm not sure if there's something up with the latest IOS software's but I'm having issues with this as well. I'm curious to know if it's the updates on ITunes? Please help. Thanks.
