Apps tab disappeared from iTunes on MacBook pro...

Apps tab disappeared from iTunes on MacBook pro after 14 Sept 2017 iTunes update.  tried rebooting.

Help!!

In the App Store app on your iDevice, on the Updates page,

tap purchases at the top.  It will list all the apps that you have purchased.

Then there will be an open button for those on the devices and a little

cloud symbol with a don pointing arrow for those that aren't.

Same Problem, but on Windows PC, with iTunes 12.7.0.106...no access to Apps.  Are these no longer available via iTunes, except on the device?

Correct. App management was removed from iTunes in the 12.7 update.

Really disappointed this. It is so much harder to search and view apps it the mobile app store. I'll be honest I probably won't download as many apps now. I hate this decision. If I knew I wouldn't have downloaded to update. I also liked being able to to pick and choose the apps and add or delete them from my devices then sync. Now how do I know which apps I have that aren't currently on my devices?

i still not only don't have the app, but iTunes quit and just hangs at loading.
