Family Sharing across countries

I have two Apple ID's in two different countries. Can I use Family sharing to access them on all my devices? (iMac, MacBook Air, iPhone and iPad)

No, all accounts have to be in the same country - and you have to be in a country to use its store, Apple can (and do) permanently disable accounts.
