How much storage is available for music on the ...

I‘m assuming that the Series 3 non-LTE has the same 2GB limit for local music storage as earlier versions since the total RAM is still 8GB; with the LTE version having 16GB RAM, is more available for locally stored music?

This seems like a fairly basic question to me, but I can’t find anything in the Apple documentation about it. I’m not planning to use cellular, but I’d get the LTE version if more music can be synced.
