Activity app not awarding achievement

This month I have been trying to complete the September challenge, to get this awarded on my device I need to do 3 workouts of 15 mins or more this month however I have done 4 workouts this month of 15 mins or more and im not receiving the award. Could I get some help with this please?

I've restarted my Apple Watch and iPhone twice however it hasn't made a difference.

Steps that have previously resolved such issues under prior versions of watchOS do not appear to help.
