Apple Watch Series 3 GPS + Cellular in Saskatchwan

Why will the Apple Watch Series 3 GPS   Cellular not be available in Saskatchewan? Is this just for now or permanently? Can I buy one on my trip to Calgary and bring er back to SaskTel to hook up?

Apple advises that Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular) will be available to order from Friday 15 September (with availability beginning Friday 22 September) in Canada.

I suggest that you contact Bell and/or Telus for further information regarding potential service availability in Saskatchewan (where I appreciate neither carrier currently offers support).
