My son is handicapped and uses iTunes for Windo...

Does the change mean that Handicapped people who cannot use iOS devices will loose all access to public classes? As someone who has worked disability access issues as far back as the Reagan administration I hope I have missunderstood - can someone outline how my son (or even an able bodied person who has relied on iTunes U for access to outstanding content on their PC or Mac) will be able to continue to find, access, and manage this information going forward?
