Upload a website and view offline on iPad

This is a question that's been asked many times over the years, but as far as I can see, not recently:

Is it possible to upload (in this case, from a MacBook Pro) a website's files and folders (generated, in this case using SandVox) onto an iPad Pro so that they can be viewed offline?

It's 2017! New apps are created every year, iPads are becoming more powerful, and iOS keeps on adding features and functionality. Does anyone know if this nut has finally been satisfactorily cracked?

Maybe:

Granted, may not be the what you are looking for.

Thanks Phil

The iBooks option would (by the look of it) require each page to be saved individually, and wouldn't preserve hyperlinks (unless I've misunderstood), and also suggests you'd have to access each page from your browser (which wouldn't work for me as the site has hundreds of pages, lots of hyperlinks, tiered menus and only exists on the hard drive of my MacBook).

The Offline Pages Pro app looks like it might be just what I need (as it includes a feature that allows you to "Import local websites from Mac or PC" - great suggestion - thank you.
