Why won’t my app icon show up on my notif...

I’ve been getting snapchat notifications, and it comes through on my watch. However, the app icon isn’t showing up. Instead, it is the white and greyish icon that shows up when you’ve just started downloading an app. I don’t know how to fix this!!!

I've seen about half a dozen other reports of this, all with Snapchat. They say it works fine for other apps. It's likely that the developer needs to issue a fix.
