iTunes.com/bill

I am a grad school student studying abroad.  I just noticed that my bank account back home in the USA is being charged 0.99 by "DBT Purchase itunes.com/bill."  I cannot find the receipt for this charge under my apple ID or account.  Please help me.

Yeah, I read this already and went through these steps.  None of them worked.  I checked orders, subscriptions, receipts, payment history, etc.  None of them show this monthly payment, the only place I can view the payment is under my bank account.  Has anyone encountered this problem before?
