latest version of iTunes v12.7.0.166

since installing this version i get an error message every time i open iTunes

"iTunes cannot locate CD Configuration folder, so you cannot import or burn CDs and DVDs.

This folder must be in the same directory as iTunes."

i tried dragging the folder to my desktop, then repairing the installation but that didn't work.

can somebody help me to fix this problem please?
