How to Set up Time capsule after a move

Recently moved and need to set up Time Capsule (purchased about 5 yrs ago); with a new internet service.  I need to make sure I have the ethernet attached properly to the Time Capsule.  I have power plug and ethernet plugged into it.  I've tried to follow instructions on line videos etc. but I'm confused.

As are we.  Unfortunately, we cannot "see" your network or know what you might be looking at, so things that seem obvious to you are totally unknown to us. 

So, we need to ask a few questions to understand how best to answer your question.

1) Regarding your new Internet service.......what is the make and model number of the "modem" that they have provided?

2) Who is the Internet Service Provider (ISP)?

3) What device.....a Mac, a PC, etc. will you be using to configure the Time Capsule?

If it is a Mac, what operating system is it using?  If you do not know, click on the Apple icon in the upper left corner of the screen, then click on About This Mac and post back with the OS X Version number that you see there.
