Problem launching iTune v12.7 or v12.6 (on Wind...

Hi,

For the past two days I tried to solve the above problem by the recommended by solutions, like re-install iTune, removed and renamed files, and so on.. nothing worked.  This morning, I tried to re-install to a lower version v12.6 I still encountered an error said:

Can you resolve the bug quickly?
