Final Cut and iPad

The recent experience with Hurricane Irma in my state of Florida left me without power for a full week - dependent upon power sources that were more battery sourced than a regular power outlet. 'Desk tops' and 'lap tops' require power from a wall outlet. When that is not available they are as good as dead. I was forced to do everything from my iPhone 7plus - for more than a week. A challenge.

Which makes me consider switching to the iPad Pro. Does it have an app that allows me to work with Final Cut Pro?

Also, the Adobe Suite (Photoshop / Illustrator), will an iPad Pro allow me to work on these?

I would sincerely appreciate any advice. I'm asking this before I've even taken a hot shower now that the power is back on . . . .
