Apple Watch bought abroad

Hello there,

I have a question. I'm planning to buy an Apple Watch in the States this next November. My only concern is that I'm not American, I live in Italy where I already know the cellular function in the Watch 3rd edition has not yet been included. I know for sure that I won't be able to use the cellular function right now, but what about in the future, when we will have that function activated in my country as well? will my watch still be goos to use or the fact that I bought it in another country will affect the use of it?
