Songs on iPhone SE showing artist names instead...

Hello,

So I'm having an issue with my track names after syncing them into my iphone. On iTunes, the track names and artist names show up normally but after syncing, most of them are showing the Artist name as the track name instead. Is there any way to fix this? It's a bit of an annoyance when I want to look for a song name on my phone. Thanks, and here are some screenshots on how they show up on my mac and phone respectively.
