iPad cannot connect with cellular

iPad cannot connect to the internet with a cellular connection

What did your cellular carrier say when you contacted them?

I went to ATT today, they tried, even changed the SIM card.  Still not working.  We use it mostly on wifi but tomorrow we are taking a day trip & she thought she would use it in the truck,  But, no cellular connection...

Yes we're well beyond that, it was working with the auto renew plan, & now it won
