How to get out of iTunes lock

So I bought an iPhone off of the app letgo, this phone just so happens that it was iTunes locked. Kinda just seems like I lost my money and it's a little frustrating. Is there anything I can do?!

If you are referring to Activation Lock, then you need to contact the seller and see if they will remove the lock. If they are unable to, or unwilling to, there is nothing that can be done. See if they will provide you with a refund, otherwise, you are out of luck. No one here, nor Apple will help you. The device is useless to you.
