How can I work in Logic?

Hello, can someone help here please, I have been trying to work in Logic Pro 10.3.2  but every few minutes this pop up window keeps appearing, all has been fine until yesterday!

It even pops up each time I start the computer, what is it?   I cant work in Logic with this popping up every few minutes!
