PC Apple Software Update: repeatedly remind me ...

As stated in the title, in Windows 10, every time I check for iTunes update, Apple Software Update will remind me that there is new version of iTunes available ---- although I've just updated to that version.

Is this a bug or it is designed in purpose?

And if it is a bug how can I get rid of it?
