MacBook Air Sometimes stuck on boot screen, som...

Hello there! I am experiencing a very strange problem on my MacBook Air Early 2014 Edition 11 inch running macOS Sierra. Sometimes, the computer will work just fine, then if I shut it down and start it up later, (probably after a few hours or even days) it would be stuck on the apple boot logo with the progress bar. In some cases, my MacBook will suddenly refuse to even TURN ON!!! I took it to the technicians at the Apple Store (Known as Geniuses) and they said everything was fine. I suspected a problem in the logic board but the computer will not boot at all in the first place. Please help me... My 3-year warranty has passed very recently and no one will take a look at it for under $100. Any help or advice is appreciated.

P.S I have done a SMC reset, a complete factory reset (at Apple Store), and a Safe Boot.
