My iPad Air 2 will not work on wifi

Ipad connects to work wifi but wil not transmit any data. I have tried all fixes, static IP, reset connections, hard reset the works! Soon as i go to public wifi, all ok. It connects to hot spot both on my phone and on the laptop which is using the same wifi that as of yesterday my ipad will not work on. It works on my home wifi. Truly bizarre! I have followed every single fix i see on line
