Rollback iTunes 12.6.2.20

Since updated to iTunes 12.7, instead of just update once on iTunes and then sync with my devices. I need to update my devices apps individually. That means I needed to download the same update multiple times. That is more data usage and time consumed.

Apple should put back iOS app with iTunes and add a switch for users want to switch the option on and off.

I called Apple Care and they said I will not be able to rollback to 12.6.2.20. Anyone knows an easier way to rollback iTunes since it does not allow to delete the current version and re-installed previous version?

I found out a major issue today with iTunes 12.7 when restoring my iPhone. The apps are downloading using internet (data) instead of copying from iTunes.

It will be a major issue if I use backup to setup any new iPhones as well.
