Apps are not showing up in iTunes

My PC crashed before I could deauthorize it. I deauthorized all devices and then authorized my new PC. I have an iPhone and an iPad. Both devices have apps that I deleted but should still be in itunes. However, when I click on "APPS" at the top left of iTunes, it shows NO APPS, even if my iPad or phone is plugged in. How can I permanently deleted the apps I no longer need (especially when I can't see them)? My daughter can see hers on her PC.... (We have different accounts)

File > Transfer Purchases

Or the better solution may be to restore the ENTIRE iTunes folder from the backup of the computer so that all media and apps are restored.

Bro, I was having the same little annoying pesky issue. All you have to do is scroll down and there it is ! I was so angry

when I found out ! It wasted 1 hour of my time !!!!!!!!

They deleted the Apps in I tunes, and make almost impossible to delete them from your phone.  If you hold down on the corner of the app, an x would appear, sometimes it appears sometime it doesn't.  When it does press it again, and deleted it.
