organizing tv shows and seasons

I somehow managed to create a folder for a tv show and sub folders for the seasons, which is great, but I can't see what I did so I can reproduce it for other shows! It works perfectly on my AppleTV 

Gen4 and really cleans things up. 

Can anyone explain how to do this?
