So I want to change my iTunes region. I used the pay through Mobile Phone option. Everything works fine, except of the final information I need to give, "Phone". I've tried to write my current phone number on there in any variation possible, but the same error message shows up saying: "We cannot complete your request at this time. You must contact your carrier to continue".

I don't know if I should maybe use my old phone number, or what this phrase could mean.
