I'm trying to purchase i cloud backup and its telling me my account is disabled. Why??>

Apple ID Has Been Disabled

1. If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled
2. Apple ID Disabled
3. Apple ID is Disabled - Apple Club
4. Apple ID- "This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons" alert appears
5. If your Apple ID is locked - Apple Support
6. Contact Support
