Importing ring tones to iTunes 12.0.7.166

Hi everyone. Can you please be so kind to walk me through the process of importing and manually synching ring tones that I have in my previous iTunes Media library to my iPhone? It looks so odd with the new iTunes software. Many thanks in advance. I also wish to delete my previous ring tones and import new ones, thus performing a re-synch of my device with a new library.
