Moved iTunes Library from PC to MAC, missing songs

Howdy all, hope you can help a MAC newbie. I recently got a MAC Mini and transferred all of my files over.

On my old PC I had the hard drive partitioned with program files on one partition and personal files (including my music files) on another. This means that the iTunes Media folder was on the C: drive while the actual files were on the E: drive. I moved the files over to the MAC, imported them into iTunes but of course had no playlists or play counts. So I also copied over the ITL file and dropped it into the iTunes Media folder on the MAC. The next time I opened iTunes it "updated the library" and voila! all my playlists and play counts were back. But now I had 700+ songs that were missing.

After manually locating a few iTunes was able to find another 200 or so but I still have about 500 that are missing. When I look at the song info it has the following bit at the front of the file path "file:///"

Does anybody have any ideas to fix this so I don't have to go through and manually locate nearly 500 songs?
