MacBook display flickering since High Sierra

Hi all!

I have been having issues with my MacBook's display, seemingly since updating to High Sierra. At first I thought it was a f.lux or Night Shift issue, as my display kept on flickering between "orange" and normal. However, now that I have turned both off, a strange white haze comes over my display at times, flickering on and off with only seconds apart. I have already tried closing down running applications, turning off "automatically adjust brightness" and restarting my MacBook. I hope someone can be of help!
